Shipping Policy

SUSPICIOUS PACKAGE CONDITION ON DELIVERY: If you receive the package in an open condition or suspected tampered condition, kindly refrain from delivery of articles.

For any incidents of damages/ theft/lost package or missing contents via any private courier or Speed Post (India Post), Ryders Corner will not be held responsible in any manner.

​

For any incidents of spillage of liquid items due to courier handling or in transit damage, we are not held responsible in any manner.

 

WHAT IF MY ITEM IS UNDELIVERED: If our courier partners are unable to deliver the products to the mentioned address. The courier will redirect the package back to our official address.

 

Items once received at our warehouse will be informed to you and the necessary refunds will be made to your original mode of payment as per our listed return policy.

Return & Exchange Policy

Exchanges:

Doesn't fit or just not happy with it? You can return any new, unused and unaltered item within 48 hours from the day of delivery of your item.

ï‚· We expect the product(s) not to be worn or used in any other way and in original (new) condition, including all labels and the original invoice should be accompanied with the above mentioned return form filed with all details.

ï‚· Any signs of usage or abuse to the products is not acceptable.

ï‚· Road usage will void all return/exchange requests.

ï‚· The withdrawal period will expire after 48 hours from the day on which you acquire -or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires- physical possession of the product(s).

ï‚· You are responsible for all shipping costs associated with getting your order back to our Mangalore registered address.

ï‚· For customers in any location, you have the option of using the carrier of your choice to return your order to us. We recommend shipping with a method which includes online tracking option and insurance for your return shipment. Choose your local courier OR Use Speed Post from Local Post Office.

ï‚· Physical Courier Tracking Receipt should be emailed to us at ryderscornermlr@gmail.com for our reference.

ï‚· All shipping costs applicable for returning the items are to be borne by the customer.

ï‚· Any loss, theft, damage to articles in transit while returning the products is at customer's risk.

ï‚· TO PAY /COD will NOT be accepted by us at the time of arrival of returns at our address.

ï‚· Once package is delivered to our address, it takes up to 4 business days for us to open/unbox and evaluate/inspect all returns before we email you our feedback.

ï‚· You will receive a confirmation email from Ryders Corner when your return is processed which will include the full details of applicable refunds if any or further steps to proceed with product exchange or store credits. Once we have processed your return, we will ship you the new requested item(s) or refund partial or complete payment made by you as per applicable scenario on inspection. We shall reimburse all payments, excluding the initial costs of delivery. 

ï‚· The refund amount will be credited to your chosen bank account within 7-14 business days after inspection of the returned items at our warehouse.

ï‚· The refund shall be initiated to your original mode of payment within 7-10 business days after inspection of the returned items at our store.

Used or Damaged Merchandise:

ï‚· Any merchandise which has been "taken out for a ride" is considered used and cannot be returned. We encourage you to walk on your carpet in your boots and to try your motorcycle helmet on indoors before heading out on the bike.

ï‚· Any merchandise or parts which shows signs of use (wear, bugs, dirt, smell, pet hair, scuffing, mounting, etc) or otherwise is in a condition other than it was received cannot be returned.

ï‚· eBay and online forums are excellent resources if you have a used item you do not want that can no longer be returned to Ryders Corner.

Apparel and Helmets:

ï‚· Apparel items must be packed in their original garment bag (or equivalent plastic bag protection) and include all original tags. The plastic bag protects the item from the cardboard. Items packaged without this protection most likely will arrive scuffed and will be returned to the customer.

ï‚· Helmets must be shipped back as they were received in their original helmet bag, box and include all original paperwork and accessories.

ï‚· Un-used items that are returned with missing or damaged packaging, tags, components, or hangers may be returned to the customer or subject to an additional processing fee of up to 25% of the merchandise cost based on the availability of those missing or damaged components.

Defects:

ï‚· Each manufacturer has its own warranty policy.

ï‚· Ryders Corner will assist customers with their warranty; however Ryders Corner does not provide any direct warranty on any item sold.

Order Cancellation / Modifications:

ï‚· If you change your mind, act quickly! We turn around and process orders extremely quickly within 2 hours from placing your order.

ï‚· It cannot be cancelled or modified, if the order has been processed by our warehouse and is in the queue to be shipped out.

​

Warranty:

ï‚· Most manufacturers offer an additional warranty period which covers against merchandise defects.

ï‚· To determine warranty requirements for a specific item, please contact the manufacturer or contact us for assistance.

ï‚· Please note warranty processing may take 1-3 weeks and will be subject to the individual manufacturer's policies and discretion.

ï‚· Manufacturer warranties do not cover defects determined to be caused by normal wear or due to customer negligence.
